While Doxie provides a solid how-to video and tips for achieving quality scans, I’ve had a hard time keeping the documents completely squared up to the scanner.
Oh, and I checked - green (default) is 300 dpi, or you can toggle to orange for 600 dpi. As I alluded to earlier, you can toggle the resolution of your scan with the unit’s power button itself.

Your documents feed through the front of the machine, and on the backside you’ll find an SD card slot for storing scans - more on this later - and a small switch for activating Wi-Fi mode for syncing scans to a Mac or iOS device. Once turned on, one push of the button will toggle between 300 and 600 dpi modes, although I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to memorize which is which (one is orange, the other is green). Beneath the power button is a fixed LED that displays the system’s status. The main button on the lower right serves to both turn on the machine and has an LED for showing the unit’s power status. The top panel of Doxie Go Wi-Fi is a clean, white plastic, and the rest is all black. Now, the companion setup website is really all you’ll need for getting started, but this reference card is the kind of thing that makes you stop and say, hey, maybe I should keep this. However, Doxie Go comes with a high-quality reference card printed on weighty paper with a uniquely soft texture. With most new purchases, my gut is to set up the hardware and then recycle all its paper and packaging.
